Dance band The Cheeseballs performs the greatest dance hits at George's Nightclub.

One of Northern California's premier cover bands, they play an irresistible blend of '80s pop hits, '70s disco and funk, rock 'n' roll, hip-hop and more. Their members are top-notch session and touring musicians who've worked with artists ranging from John Lee Hooker to John Michael Montgomery. The dance floor will be open for this live music party!

The name says it all: groovy, funky danceable fun. Just ask the tens of thousands of fans who have already experienced them. They'll tell you stories of dancing so hard that getting out of bed the next day was quite an event. That's what The Cheeseballs do; they pride themselves on serving up a helping of non-stop 70's disco, 80's pop classics, hip-hop, rock & current hits with an uncanny knack for performing songs that everyone knows the words to. The result is always an audience dancing and singing along. With a newly revamped line-up of fresh new faces, these top notch musicians have an ever-expanding set of hits and an extraordinarily strong reputation.

Led by Eric “Funky Lim” Cotton, the band also features Ry Kihn on guitar, the son of rock legend Greg Kihn, drummer Bryant Mills (John Lee Hooker, Charlie Musselwhite), Mike Leatherman on keys (John Michael Montgomery, Jo Dee Messina), and Mike Rogers on Bass (John Lee Hooker, David Grisman).

Opening the show will be an electric set by THUMP. The Bay Area has been a musical evolutionary pool that has given rise to such super groups as Santana, Tower of Power, Cold Blood, Yellowjackets, Alphabet Soup, Zero, and TJ Kirk.

From this creative force a new sound is being forged by THUMP. Each of its members brings a genre of style and influence to create music that is uniquely his own.

The result is music with harmonic interest and infectious groove.THUMP can only be described as an band with an all encompassing attitude that never lost touch with it's iconic roots of Pop, R&B, Funk, Rock, Blues, Latin and Jazz music.
