Duran Duran Duran - The Premier "Duran Duran" Tribute band

Paying homage to a band as prolific and beloved as Duran Duran is tricky business, but Duran Duran Duran has the looks, chops and and swagger to impress even the most die-hard fans. According to The National Examiner, the band “goes well beyond what most would consider a tribute band,” to capture the core essence of their iconic forefathers, delivering spot-on performances that consistently burn up the dance floor.

Lead vocalist Bray Gurnari combines the playful looks and attitude of a young Simon Le Bon with a voice The San Francisco Herald describes as going “from a vicious snarl to steamy seduction in the turn of a phrase.” Guitarist Bobby Cannon eerily channels all three signature Duran guitar styles, his versatility paying off as he leads the band through all the classic favorites and beyond. Stunning audiences with meticulously accurate synth parts is keyboardist David Von Holder, while the formidable presence of bassist Stephen Goodwin and drummer Mike Carlington deftly pound out the kinetic Duran rhythms. Duran Duran Duran also has a powerful secret weapon in the sultry chanteuse Noelle Boring, who’s velvety backing vocals round out this supergroup with class and elegance.

Duran Duran Duran have enjoyed worldwide recognition, headlining an exclusive San Francisco performance for Gimme a Wristband, the leading international Duran fan site, on the eve of Duran Duran’s performance at the Fillmore. D3 have also shared the stage with many of their respected peers, including Stung (Police tribute), Zoo Station (U2), and Madam and the Ants.
